West Marches OS

League ops for shared-world tabletop games

Track gold, loot, purchases, and DM approvals in one place your whole league can see — without spreadsheets or scattered Discord threads.

Built for ongoing campaigns, open tables, and multi-DM leagues. Any tabletop RPG.

No account needed to browse the full example league. No download. Browser only. DM? Create a league after sign-up. Player? Ask your DM for an invite code.

This is for you if…

  • You play in an ongoing campaign and want a clear view of your character’s money, gear, and what’s waiting on approval.
  • Your group tracks purchases, loot, and between-session activity in spreadsheets or long chat threads today.
  • You run the game — or share that job — and want players to submit shop and downtime requests anytime while you review when ready.

What you get

Town Market & Guild Vault

Shared group economy — player wallets, shop purchases, vault listings, and clear ownership.

Approval queues

Players submit purchases and between-session actions. The host approves or sends them back — paid requests hold funds until then.

Live Session tab

When you meet to play: roster, party stash, loot board, and private notes to the host.

Any game system

Fantasy, sci-fi, horror, modern, or homebrew — currency labels and settings adapt to your table.

What this is not

If you already play on battle maps online, keep that. This handles the paperwork alongside your game.

Not battle maps
No grid, tokens, or online map tools. Keep playing in person, on Roll20, Foundry, or wherever you already play.
Not group chat
Use Discord or your table’s voice chat. This handles money, gear, and requests.
Not a character sheet
Track wealth, gear, and requests — not full rules or character stats.

How to get started

  1. 1

    Create a free account

Username + password. Email optional (helps with password reset).

  2. 2

    Join your group’s space

The host creates a group and shares an invite code. Players join and link a character with a claim code from the host.

  3. 3

Play between and at the table

Submit shop and downtime requests anytime. When you meet to play, open the Session tab for loot and roster.
