Privacy Policy
West Marches OS is an early-access league operations app. We collect only the information needed to run accounts, leagues, and session workflows.
What we collect
Account identifiers (username and optional email), league membership data, and gameplay ledger records.
If you use in-app feedback, that text is stored so owners and DMs can review product issues and requests.
How data is used
We use your data to authenticate you, run league features, and improve the product through feedback.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data storage and retention
Data is hosted by infrastructure providers used by the app (currently Supabase for application data and Vercel for hosting).
Because this is beta software, data structures and retention may change as features evolve.
Cookies & analytics
Essential cookies and similar storage keep you signed in and let the app remember your session securely.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for privacy-friendly page-view statistics (for example which pages are visited and general location). It does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Application data (accounts, leagues, characters, feedback) is stored in Supabase. Hosting is provided by Vercel. See the section below for how long we keep data.
Your choices
You can request account-related support through in-app feedback. We review requests and can remove data where practical during beta operations.
